Issue

When ONTAP uses BGP with Virtual IP (VIP), it announces graceful-restart capability to its BGP peers by default. A peer router may retain routes to a node that no longer hosts the VIP after a failover. If the router also learns the updated route, traffic can be sent along different paths, resulting in inconsistent reachability.
