CONTAP-95735: Newly created or junctioned volume is not accessible from NAS protocols
Issue
- A newly created volume is not visible or cannot be mounted from a CIFS or NFS client.
- The SVM has Load-sharing mirror LSM configured for the SVM root volume.
- Windows clients may raise errors:
- "Windows reports error code 0x80070043 network name cannot be found"
- "You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions."
- The event log shows the error
