-Volume efficiency configuration has changed after ONTAP upgrade to 9.12.X or 9.13.X
-Example: inline-deduplication was enabled before and disabled after ONTAP upgrade
-EMS entry observed:
-sis.clog.disabled:error]: Change logging has been disabled for /vol/vo1@vserver:svm1 due to an error that occurred while mounting the volume during the SIS metafile operation: Write to metafile failed.
