Issue

During an aggregate wafliron check, including a run after an aggregate re-initialize, a node can hit an internal assertion and panic. The check does not remove the volume information (vinfo) entry for a non-local (tiered) volume after its used-object counters reach zero. The assertion then fails when the check runs again.
PANIC: assertion "(!bp_ent_incore.wcv_deleted || wafl_ca_get_local_vinfo_used_object(bp_ent_incore, OBJECT_BIN_ID)) || (IS_ONTAPX_FP_CAPABLE && (bp_ent_incore.wcv_volume_moved_by_cfvm ? bp_ent_incore.wcv_ox_delta_objects != 0 : bp_ent_incore.wcv_ox_total_used_objects > 0))" failed: file "prod/common/wafl/composite/vinfo.c", line 2094
