Issue

The customer experienced slow replication performance with FlexGroup SnapMirror. Replication has stalled, and the SnapMirror BRE (Block Replication Engine) throttle is not going higher than 1-18, causing extremely slow mirror progress. The customer reports little front-end traffic but observes significant WAFL scans for tiering.
