Issue

A system panic can occur when a wafliron scan runs at the same time as a SnapMirror Cloud directory or single-file restore to a FlexGroup volume containing CDE data. The panic may affect all nodes in the cluster and make data unavailable until the system recovers.
The panic message is:
PANIC: prod/common/wafl/wafl.c:28113: Assertion failure. "Detected RAID error after block being ironed"
