Issue

  • FlashCache (External Cache) stuck at 0% utilization with no data being cached

  • Cache rewarming state is "Aborted" ({}EC_WARMING_STATE_ABORT{})

  • Repeated EMS errors: extCache.io.writeError: Insertq_save: unable to set up context chain, code 0

  • Flash Cache hardware reports healthy, but cache is non-functional
