Issue

On systems using FlexGroup volumes, invalid snapshots with owner tags may not be removed by the snapshot reaper. The reaper can repeatedly retry deletion, allowing invalid snapshots to accumulate. If enough snapshots accumulate, snapshot creation may fail with “no more snapshots available.”
