Issue

  • The root volume (vol0) can prevent a giveback operation from completing. 
  • The following EMS message repeatedly appears in the log:  

NOTICE gb.cfo.veto.snap.fail: Volume partner:<name> has snapshot activity underway; canceling giveback.
