Issue

  • The ARW attack report displays folder path names as garbled text when non-English characters (such as Japanese) are used in System Manager.

        Example:
  • Displayed path in System Manager:* 
    /volume/folder/P[→/subfolder1/

  • Expected (correct) path on client side:* 
    /volume/folder/子会社/subfolder1/

  • Ransomware alert flags folders with Japanese names instead of files.
