Issue

The storage controller might panic reboot with a message similar to the following when a rename operation occurs on a large directory within a FlexGroup volume:
 
Panic String: prod/common/wafl/buf.c:3449: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt11 on release 9.16.1P12 (C)
Panic String: prod/common/wafl/bplus.c:802: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt11/wafl_exempt03 on release 9.16.1P12 (C)
