Issue

  • In a cluster with mixed versions of ONTAP operating in a FabricPool environment, an optimized volume move causes a disruption.
  • When original nodes are running an ONTAP version less than 9.14.1 (9.13.1 or lower) and newly joined nodes are running 9.14.1 or higher, an optimized volume move can cause a disruption with a message similar to the following:
  prod/common/wafl/storage_bin/cloud/object_id.c:1575: Assertion failure. in SK process wafl_exempt07 on release 9.15.1RC2 (C)
