CONTAP-276998: REST /api/storage/volumes GET call returns FG root constituent MSID when queried on any of the fields

Issue

Due to a bug in ONTAP, when making a volume REST GET call and querying any of the fields like vserver name or volume name, the API returns the FG root constituent MSID instead of returning the parent FG MSID.

Example :
/api/storage/volumes?fields=type,msid,nas.path,state,nas.security_style&svm.name=svm1
