CONTAP-208003: System manager is very very slow in processing storage quota/volume details

Issue

  • System manager is responding very slow most of the times for volumes/quota report but completely unusable while using Storage->Quota->Rules
  • Takeover/Gioveback or upgrading to higher patch level didnt change the scenario.
  • HAR file shows the call https://<cluster_name>/sysmgr/v4/storage/quotas/rules takes close to 5 mins
  • API calls for Volume and Quota Reports also has takes more than normal time
    • Sysmgr log shows error:
