Issue

High read latency might be observed from FlexGroup when the following criteria are met:

  • CIFS or NFS accesses
    • FlexGroup has a big amount of small files
    • FlexGroup rebalancing has already been run without much progress on the space usage rebalance
    • CIFS or NFS workloads are dominated by Reads, without any or many Writes or other metadata operations.
