CONTAP-109845: Controller disruption might occur on systems with FlexGroups due to CPU race condition

Issue

A CPU race within ONTAP causes an internal assertion to fail leading to a controller disruption. This happens when FlexGroups retrieves the attributes of files across the FlexGroup constituents as part of protocol operations such as Readdirplus. This can happen for both NFS and SMB operations on FlexGroup volumes.
This is applicable only for FlexGroup volumes. FlexVols are not affected by this issue.
