ONTAP Mediator disconnected after host upgrade

Issue

  • ONTAP Mediator is disconnected from MetroCluster after the Linux host upgrade.
  • When attempting to uninstall and install the Mediator, following errors are seen:

[root@abcd bin]# ./ontap-mediator-1.9.1 -y
