Issue

  • MetroCluster IP one node in one site shut down due to chassis over temperature:
    HA Group Notification (CHASSIS OVER TEMPERATURE SHUTDOWN) EMERGENCY
  • Second node executed Takeover and also shut down after 1 minute due to chassis over temperature
  • Mediator disks to one of the surviving node also not healthy:
    Wed Sep 02 13:04:28 +0200 [clusterA-node2: cf_worker: cf.mccip.med.auso.stDisabled:error]: Automatic switchover disabled: Mediator mailbox disk not healthy.
    Wed Sep 02 13:04:28 +0200 [clusterA-node2: cf_worker: callhome.mccip.auso.disabled:alert]: Callhome for MEDIATOR DOWN, AUSO DISABLED.
  • Mediator assisted Automatic Unplanned SwitchOver (MAUSO) does not take place as the mediator was not healthy
