Issue

  • "scsi.cmd.pastTimeToLive" errors are reported against an ATTO 7500N/7600N FibreBridge
  • In the event log the following errors can be seen: 
    [Node1: isp2400_intrd: scsi.cmd.pastTimeToLive:error]: Processor device switch1:9.126L0: request failed after try #2: cdb 0x3c.
