Issue

  • AutoSupport section CSHM-CONFIG.XML shows No RCF file found in the cluster switch entry.
  • AutoSupport section CSHM-SWITCH-LOG-INFO.XML shows periodic log is disabled in the cluster switch entry.

Cluster-switch2(Serial-Number2)   false

  • Active IQ shows following risks:
Switches Cluster-switch1(Serial-Number1) and Cluster-switch2(Serial-Number2) are not setup for periodic data collection.
Switches Cluster-switch1(Serial-Number1) and Cluster-switch2(Serial-Number2) are reporting a status of "No RCF File Found".
