AFF300 to AFF400 controller upgrade fails because of FC link flapping on storage ports

Issue

  • New controller:
    • In maintenance mode all ports slot 1 (disk access) go intermittently offline and online
    • FC link up/down events seen for the ports connecting to ATTO FibreBridges
    • Node may panic with error "no disk access" after some time
