Issue

・Metrocluster systems connected to Ethernet switches might fail to fetch an RCF version.
・Active IQ shows risk "Enable cluster switch log collection": 
        Risk Detail: Cluster log collection is not enabled and AutoSupport might show "No RCF File found" 
        Error Detail: Switch {switch_list} is reporting a status of "No RCF File Found".
