Volume Move spend a long time on 98% before completing

  • Volume move is 98% complete,  it is not clear if it is still running or stuck.
    • Note: Sometimes it may show 95% then work to 98%, then go back to 95%.
  • Example: volume move show command output shows kB/s throughput and a high estimated finish time.
