Unable to delete SnapMirror Restore session

Issue

  • The SnapMirror restore session cannot be deleted. 
    • job show -id xxx → There are no entries matching your query (confirmed on both source and destination clusters)
    • snapmirror break → Error: command failed: "snapmirror break" not supported for "RST" relationships.
    • snapmirror delete → Error: command failed: "snapmirror delete" not supported for "RST" relationships. Use "snapmirror restore" with the "-clean-up-failure" parameter.
    • snapmirror restore -clean-up-failure true -force true → Session was not deleted.
  • The following error is observed in the logs:
[?]  Fri Sep 12 16:23:35 +0900 [XXX: mgwd: mgmt.sm.restore.fail:error]: SnapMirror restore from source volume 'XXX:XXX' to destination volume 'XXX:XXX' failed with error: Failed to get information for source volume "XXX" for setup of transfer. (Failed to get volume attributes for XXX. (Volume location not found. Either the system is busy or the peer cluster is not Available. Wait a few minutes and try the operation again. If the volume is on a remote cluster, before retrying the operation, use the "cluster peer show" command to check the availability.)).
