System Manager fails to release snapmirror relationship when deleting it

Issue

The caution appears after deleting SnapMirror by System Manager:

Delete Relationship
    Unable to release the relationship
The data protection relationship is deleted. Run the release operation on the source cluster to delete the base Snapshot copy that was created for this relationship from the source volume.
