Synchronous SnapMirror is unhealthy with reason another operation is in progress

Issue

  • SnapMirror Resync fails with error: 

Error: command failed: Failed to get information for source volume "vol_src" for confirmation. (Another transfer is in progress.)

Another SnapMirror operation is in progress

  • Snapmirror update or Deleting and recreation  failed with below error: 

Last Transfer Error: vserver:volume1 is not a valid endpoint for a SnapMirror Synchronous relationship. Use the "snapmirror resync" command to resync the relationship to recover from the error.

Last Transfer Error: Prechecks on source volume failed. (Another transfer is in progress. (Failed due to a release operation run on the source or a precheck failure during a previous resync or initialize operation.))

  •  The CSS snapshot trigger is issued and timed out . We can see the same in sktraces
