Snapmirror restore of single file failed with error "File missing from Snapshot copy"

Issue

When trying to restore a file from a destination volume snapshot copy it fails with the below error.

Last Transfer Error:  File "/"TEST RESTORE"/abc" missing from Snapshot copy "snapshot_name" on source volume "<SVM_Name>:<Volume_Name>".
