SnapMirror delete, modify or create fail when re-using a Policy name from a recently failed Snapmirror Policy create attempt

Issue

  • SnapMirror Policy creation and modification fails with;
A SnapMirror policy modify or delete operation is in progress on policy "<>". Wait until the operation is complete and try the command again.
 
  • Attempts to delete the policy fail with;
Error: Failed to delete policy "<>". Reason: entry doesn't exist.
