ONTAP 9

Description

When a snapmirror-level throttle is applied to an SVMDR relationship, the assigned throttle value will be applied to each of the volume-level relationships within.

Example:

Suppose you have an SVMDR relationship that contains 10 volumes. If you assign a throttle of 1000 (KB/s), this value will be applied to each of those 10 volume-level relationships within the SVMDR along with the parent relationship itself, thus you may see a total throughput of up to 11,000 KB/s.
