LUN went offline due to Container Aggr running out of space in SMBC replication

Issue

  • LUN went offline in a SM-BC Consistency Group Sync replication due to lack of space triggering below errors:

 wafl_spcd_main: monitor.volume.nearlyFull:error]: Volume vol_01@vserver:svm1 is nearly full (using or reserving 95%% of space and 0%% of inodes).

scsiblade.lun.offline.system:error]: LUN XXXX in volume with MSID 00000000 on Vserver svm1 has been brought offline due to lack of space in the volume.

EMS:

SNAPMIRROR DESTINATION IS OUT OF SYNC MORE THAN 15 MINUTES: svm:/cg/vol_dest) ALERT

SNAPMIRROR SYNCHRONOUS EXCEPTION: Network Latency exceeded threshold limit ERROR

SnapMirror Auditlogs:

ResyncTransfer[Jul 22 11:12:17]:xx-xx-xx-xx-xxOperation-Uuid=XX-XX-XX-XX-XXGroup=CGflexvol Operation-Cookie=0 action=Info Latest Snapshot copy snapmirrorPreXferAFS.XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-07-22_111200 on the destination svm2:vol1 is not the base Snapshot copy. Attempting a local-rollback-based SnapMirror resync to correct this issue.
