How to change a volume type from RW to DP

Description

  • If your RW volume has never been in a SnapMirror relationship, it is possibly empty. If you need a DP volume type instead, simply delete and re-create it
  • SnapMirror commands control access to data in volumes of DP type, as SnapMirror is responsible for populating data in Data Protection (DP) volumes
