Issue

FlexGroup SnapMirror cascaded initialization is failing on the tertiary system (C) with these errors:
 
Failure message=Failed to configure source.(The effective cluster version of the source cluster must be ONTAP 9.11.1 or later to use this feature.)
Failure message=Failed to restart a partially completed initialize transfer, the destination volume must be recreated.
Failure message=Group Update failed(Failed to complete update operation on one or more item relationships.)
