Issue

When creating an ONTAP S3 to ONTAP S3 SnapMirror (bucket to bucket SnapMirror), the SnapMirror relationship fails to create with Connection unavailable:

(Create an S3 SnapMirror relationship between bucket "SVM:S3_Bucket" and bucket "SVM_Backup:S3_Bucket_Dest".) completed unsuccessfully: Connection unavailable (2).
