Issue

Shrink operation on SMas relationships leaves a stale D‑control entry in the in‑memory cache. As a result, subsequent shrink attempts and SnapMirror operations become blocked and remain stuck.
Some SnapMirror operations like PushCgSMBCConstituentInfo may fail with "Internal error.(Another transfer is in progress.)" as seen in SnapMirror audit logs.
