Issue

During the fast-resync operation of SnapMirror Synchronous (SMBC), the secondary (from-end) received early arriving I/O before the fencing was fully established, resulting in a VOLFENCED error and causing the synchronization relationship to enter the Out Of Sync (OOS) state. This issue can be reproduced and has been observed in multiple tests.
