CONTAP-198808: Secd frequent restarts due to mgwd issues

Issue

  • Secd is crashing with error:
    [spm.secd.process.exit:EMERGENCY]: Security daemon with ID 80932 exited as a result of signal normal exit (0). The service will attempt to restart.]
    RPC is timing while trying to connect to mgwd.

 
  • The following raises in Secd log:
