CONTAP-722134: SnapDiff server returning short file names in NFSv4 response

Issue

When using the SnapDiff server with NFSv4 as the file-access-protocol, the server returns 8.3 short names (e.g., CASE~1, CASE~2) instead of the expected long filenames in the SnapDiff results.
This behaviour is inconsistent with results from NFS (v3), which returns the correct filenames.
CIFS as the file-access-protocol returns the expected result of short names
