Issue

When using SnapDiff API to index a FabricPool volume's Snapshots, the SnapDiff API may report an inode_modification for files cooled by FabricPool to the capacity tier. These files may have no other changes except the FabricPool cooling and their ctime, mtime, crtime, etc. may not change.
