CONTAP-211482: Possibility to perform ActiveIQ registration and automatic update visibility in ONTAP System Manager without admin role users

Issue

  • ActiveIQ Registration does not work with an user with roles other than admin
  • The GUI stays greyed out when attempted
  • Even if it shows "Registered" the status changes automatically to "Not Registered" after log out and relogin.
  • Viewing Automatic Update also doesnt work with non-admin users, however that is bound to the AIQ registration itself
  • Same behavior with both local and domain users
  • The sysmgr.log or the HAR file in browser shows not authorized for /api/private/cluster/notes
