Issue

  • Firewall rules block ports for nmdp data connections.
  • Error messages of Cannot connect to ndmp-server socket can be observed from Veeam software log.
Example:
Full backup: Cannot connect to ndmp-server socket.
--tr:Failed to create NDMP data reader for host:
'x.x.x.x', port: '10000'
