Issue

  • NDMP backups are failing  when using Avamar as the backup application with below errors reported on DMA:

avndmpInfo: [/usr/local/avamar/bin/avndmp] Timeout reading NDMP control data from filer after 60.060085 seconds (1 reads tried).
avndmpInfo: [/usr/local/avamar/bin/avndmp] Timeout reading NDMP control data from filer after 120.079098 seconds (2 reads tried).

  • Unable to browse NetApp volumes via NDMP through Avamar.
