Issue

  • Veeam fails to make connection  with ONTAP 9 cluster while authenticating using NDMP user and storage IP.
  • Error in Veeam Application:  

Time out to process command: Negotiate NDMP protocol version with NDMP server. NDMP error: NDMP_TIMEOUT_ERR
