System Manager login fails with http error

Issue
- cannot access System Manager UI
- can't login in OnCommand System Manager
- when enabling http you can get logs from SPI
- since we have a http forwarding to https on the UI it cannot work that way on System Manager UI
- The issue is clearly that ssl is not working
- in the apache logs we find:
