CONTAP-84332: LUN Online and Offline Options Do Not Work Consistently When the LUN Has a Space Error

Issue

When a LUN is in a space error state, an online or offline option in System Manager may not work as expected. The right-side menu may continue to show Take offline after the action, while the LUN remains in the space error state. The Bring online option in another menu can change the LUN to online.
