CONTAP-624679: System manager gets unresponsive while browsing shares section for AFF-C30

Issue

  • System Manager becomes unresponsive when browsing the Shares section.
  • The problem is intermittent and has so far been observed only on AFF‑C30 systems running ONTAP 9.16.1P4.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open System Manager.
  2. Navigate to Shares and select any share.
  3. Click the three‑dots menu (…).
  4. Select Edit.
  5. The Edit Share dialog opens but appears blank.
  6. Navigating to other sections afterwards may also trigger blank dialog boxes, although the OK button still responds.

  • During the issue, sysmgr.log shows the following error: 

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'oplocks')
