Issue

  • Event log message observed:

[Node1: mgwd: auto.update.failure:error]: Automatic update: Failed update for package: Autonomous Ransomware Protection file 4.0. Error: Get-url request to AutoSupport OnDemand Server failed. Error: HTTP GET failed, code: 403.

  • ARP package version remains at 3.0 after auto update failure.
  • Command output:

::> security anti-ransomware show -version *

  • Automatic update does not retry or complete, ARP not updated to 4.0.
