Issue

On certain platforms, expanding a FlexGroup volume can fail with error 13109161 when storage efficiency is disabled on the parent FlexGroup. The failure occurs during the expand operation and returns the following message:
Creation of 1 or more constituent volumes failed. Request to expand FlexGroup volume failed. Contact technical support for assistance.
