Issue

Attempt to modify the volume tiering policy fails:

Error: command failed: Failed to modify tiering policy for volume "vol1". To modify tiering policy for volume
"vol1", get the list of policy groups with a min-throughput value set, associated with the volume, or
LUNs/files within the volume and change its min-throughput value to "none".
