Issue

The cold data on the performance tier of the FabricPool is not tiering to capacity tier and following error message is displayed:

 
[node-01: wafl_exempt13: wafl.ca.tier.aggr.spc.limit:error]: Aggregate data_aggr01: Current available space in the performance tier is below 2%%. Data tiering from the performance tier is stopped.
