  • MEL event below indicates a HIC reset and IOC dump has occurred 
    • The dump can be analyzed by NetApp Support to determine cause/next steps
    • Ex: 12/1/20 10:30:59 PM (22:30:59) 19291 9001 IOC Data Captured - Host-side: controller in bay B, port 6
